resolver and default dns

The manjaro/arch resolve system configures fallback dns servers using google and other public services. If you run your own dns servers, as I do, it may be desirable to configure the fallback servers as your own servers instead of using the public (tracked) entities. To change the settings edit

/etc/systemd/resolved.conf
